What we collect

• Order details: name, email, phone, billing and shipping address, and the items you bought.
• Artwork inputs: business name, logo files and your Google Business Profile listing URL.
• Enquiries: anything you send us by email or through the mockup form.
• Basic usage data: aggregate page views used to keep the site working.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe on Stripe's own hosted checkout. We never see or store your full card number, CVC or expiry date. Stripe's handling of that data is governed by its own privacy policy.

How we use it

To produce and ship your order, to send order and delivery updates, to answer your questions, and to meet accounting and tax obligations. We do not sell your data or share it with advertisers.

Who we share it with

Only the processors needed to fulfil an order: our payment processor (Stripe), our production partner, and the freight and courier companies delivering to you. Each receives only what that task requires.

How long we keep it

Order records are retained for as long as tax and accounting law requires. Artwork files are kept so reorders match your original design; ask us and we'll delete them.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, a correction, or its deletion at any time by emailing privacy@pebblereviews.co. We respond within 30 days.

Cookies

We use only the cookies needed to run the site and complete checkout. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are set.

Changes

If this policy changes we'll update this page and revise the date below. Material changes affecting existing orders will be emailed to you.
