Honest timelines, no express promises we can't keep

The timeline

• Design & proof — about 3 days. We encode your Google review link and send a branded proof for approval. Production starts once you approve it.
• Production — 2 to 4 days. Printing, sealing and chip encoding on standard shapes. Custom tooling can add a few days; we'll tell you upfront.
• Ocean freight — 17 to 24 days transit. Includes export handling and destination customs clearance.

Total: roughly 3 to 4 weeks from approved proof to your counter. We confirm the exact window for your country before production starts.

Where we ship

Worldwide, including the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, the EU, Australia and New Zealand. If your country isn't listed at checkout, email sales@pebblereviews.co and we'll quote it.

Duties and taxes

Import duties and local taxes, where they apply, are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the checkout total. Most small orders fall below the de minimis threshold in the US, UK and EU.

Tracking

You'll get a confirmation email at checkout and a tracking reference once the shipment leaves the port. For an update on an existing order, email support@pebblereviews.co with your order reference.

Delays

Ocean freight is reliable but not instant, and port congestion or customs inspection can add a few days. If your order runs past the quoted window we'll contact you first — you won't have to chase us.
