Orders

An order is confirmed once payment is captured. Prices shown include the quantity discount displayed at checkout and are recalculated on our server, so the amount charged always matches the tier you selected. Taxes and import duties, where they apply, are separate.

Artwork and proofs

You confirm you own or are licensed to use any logo, mark or artwork you send us. We produce a proof for approval before printing; once you approve it, that file is final and goes to production as-is.

Production and delivery

Design takes about 3 days, followed by ocean freight with a 17–24 day transit — roughly 3 to 4 weeks door to door. These are good-faith estimates, not guarantees; carrier and customs delays are outside our control. See our shipping page for the full breakdown.

Cancellations, returns and refunds

Cancel before production starts for a full refund. After proof approval, our returns policy applies: faulty, misprinted or mis-encoded products are replaced or refunded within 30 days of delivery.

Acceptable use

Our products link to your public Google review form. You agree not to use them to incentivise, filter or gate reviews, or in any way that breaches Google's review policies. We are an independent manufacturer and are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Google LLC.

Warranty and liability

Products are warranted against manufacturing defects for 30 days from delivery. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost revenue or changes to your search ranking.
